Office Help (Receptionist)
We need volunteers to staff our front desk and answer incoming calls throughout the day. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at 982 Eastern Parkway. Half days are an option as well.
Office Help (General)
Sign up to be contacted from time to time when we need assistance with large mailings and other administrative projects.
Office Help (Archives)
In preparation for our 100-year anniversary in 2023, we need volunteers to sort through, organize, and flag documents and photographs significant to Kosair Charities' history.
We need volunteers to serve as focus group participants for various advertisements and ideas on an as-needed basis.
Kosair Kids Night at the Zoo
We need volunteers to hand out candy along the trick-or-treating route on Wednesday, October 19, 5:15 pm – 9 pm @ The Louisville Zoo. Costumes are encouraged. (Must be 16 or older)
Pre-Pie Auction Event Help (Dessert Pickup)
We need volunteers to pick up desserts from area restaurants on Saturday, November 19, various times between 10am – 5pm for use at our annual Pie Auction the following day. Volunteers must have their own transportation.

We need volunteers to assist at the event on Sunday, November 20, 12 pm – 2 pm @ Mellwood Art Center.
Pre-Kosair Kids Holiday Party Event (Gift Wrapping)
We need volunteers, now through November, to help sort and wrap gifts for the Kosair Kids Holiday Party.

We need volunteers to staff craft booths, game booths, and serve snacks to Kosair Kids on Sunday, December 4, 1 pm – 5 pm @ Mellwood Arts Center.
