Education

In addition, Beth is a part-time lecturer/faculty member at U of L, where she teaches an Event Planning (COMM 301) class to undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsibilities
Beth is responsible for creating and implementing a strategic and comprehensive vision and plan for development opportunities at Kosair for Kids and partnering with donors, businesses, and community leaders to enhance capacity to support Kosair Kids throughout KY and Southern IN.

Childhood Memories
Beth grew up in the shadow of the Kosair for Kids Campus, riding her bike in the parking lot with her neighborhood friends!   She spent her whole childhood and early adulthood at Our Mother of Sorrows School on Eastern Parkway—a neighbor down the street!  Her first job out of college was at the Commission for Handicapped Children in the Kosair for Kids building, so she feels she has come full circle!

She is the youngest of 5 children and loved spending holidays and Sundays with her large extended Sicilian/German family, eating delicious homemade food, and playing cards and games!
