Kosair Kids to experience UofL Baseball in Houston

Ahead of their once-in-a-lifetime experience with the University of Louisville baseball team, three Kosair Kids and their family will meet with media members to discuss this opportunity made possible through Kosair for Kids.

12-year-old Lola, 10-year-old Ollie, and 10-year-old Henry play at the Miracle League of Louisville. This weekend, they will travel to Houston to cheer on the Cards during the Shriners Children’s College Classic baseball tournament. While in Houston, the trio will spend time with the team. Kosair for Kids has arranged for some of the children to throw out the first pitch before the Cards play on Friday and Saturday at Minute Maid Park.

This media availability will include interview opportunities with the Kosair Kids and their parents to learn more about their life stories and the important role baseball and Kosair for Kids have played in their lives. You will see the kids work out on their home field, and we will provide you with additional video and pictures of the ballplayers from last season in the Miracle League, courtesy of the families.

Where: 8703 Ferndale Road, Louisville, KY 40291 (Fern Creek Park).
